All Payments are made direct to Routine Inspections Australia and are refundable only if Routine Inspections Australia cancels an appointment. If you have agreed to an alternate time the payment will be accepted as payment for that booking. Change of residence or service type will be subject to that services fees.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking and appointment otherwise cancellation fees may apply to the booking or appointment.
All services are completed by our qualified team and include an electronic report with all of the require checks and assessments as required under the service offering.
