HOW WE WORK FOR YOU TO GET THE BEST OUTCOME

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • What do I need to do before my inspector arrives
    1. Ensure all pets and animals are tied up or locked in a non-inspection area 2. Make sure someone is home 3. Make sure you have the keys to lock and unlock all areas 4. Make sure you let us know if you have any challenges or have any questions
  • How do i receive my inspection report?
    Your Inspection report is received electronically at the end of every report where you are the client within the hour of the inspection being completed. If your report doesnt come through straight away then call us.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Payments Accepted

All Payments are made direct to Routine Inspections Australia and are refundable only if Routine Inspections Australia cancels an appointment. If you have agreed to an alternate time the payment will be accepted as payment for that booking. Change of residence or service type will be subject to that services fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking and appointment otherwise cancellation fees may apply to the booking or appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All services are completed by our qualified team and include an electronic report with all of the require checks and assessments as required under the service offering.
