Service Description

A routine inspections is carried out to ensure the property is well cared for and to check if there are any maintenance or health and safety issues. Does not include the moving of furniture, lifting of floor coverings, inspecting their interior of roof spaces or under flooring, or the inside of cupboards or tenants goods or other belongings.
